App & Dashboard work a bit against each other sometimes. Support is very fast, knowledgeable and helpful tough!
We had and issue with our staging environment not being able to reindex. After speaking with our TAM and entering a ticket our issue was resolved in a day. I am very pleased with the continuing communication and the speed in which it was resolved.
It is definitely not a straight forward implementation which requires support and that is pretty much none-existent unless you commit to min $12,000 USD a year.
Terrible support with pay as you go plan. We have tickets over 20 days old not answered.
